Return & Refund Policy

The Ciphen Promise
If your diary doesn't feel like it belongs in your hands — return it within 10 days of receiving it. We won't make it difficult.

What We Ask
The notebook and pens must come back unused, in their original condition. That's it.

Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund goes back to your described payment method. Standard processing times apply depending on your bank.

Arrived Damaged?
It shouldn't — but if it does, contact us immediately at ciphenco@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll make it right without delay.
