We are committed to ensuring your experience with Ciphen is seamless.

• The Ciphen Guarantee: We offer a "no questions asked" return policy. If you feel your diary does not belong in your hands, you may initiate a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Return Eligibility: To qualify, the notebook and pen must be returned in their original, unused, and pristine condition.
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a standard processing time for the funds to reflect in your account.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ciphenco@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve this for you right away.
